We’re making an important update to the MyRandS customer portal—one that’s designed to make ordering John Deere parts easier, more accurate, and more consistent moving forward.

What’s changing?

When you log into the MyRandS customer portal, you’ll notice that John Deere parts lookup and ordering have moved.

Instead of searching for and ordering parts directly inside the portal, you’ll now be guided to shop.deere.com/us/rands, John Deere’s official online parts platform. All John Deere parts searches and online orders will now happen there.

Why the change?

Shop.deere.com is John Deere’s primary platform for parts—and connecting our customers directly to it brings several advantages:

  • More accurate parts lookup with the latest diagrams and part information
  • Up‑to‑date pricing and promotions straight from John Deere
  • John Deere Perks, helping reward repeat purchases
  • Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
  • One simple,    consistent ordering process every time you buy parts online

This change also improves how parts ordering connects with other John Deere tools you may already use, like Operations Center and the Equipment Mobile App.

Are you still buying from Riesterer & Schnell?

Yes—absolutely.

Even though ordering now takes place through shop.deere.com, you’re still purchasing parts from Riesterer & Schnell.

  • You can choose shipping to your home or farm, or
  • Pick up your parts at one of our location
  • Our parts team is still here to help with questions, fitment, or ordering assistance
  • This update simply improves the online experience—it doesn’t change your relationship with our dealership.

The MyRandS customer portal is still available and still important.

You’ll continue to use it to:

  • Pay bills
  • Access account and billing information
