Riesterer & Schnell would like to extend a thank you and congratulations to Josh O’Hearn, who will graduate from Reedsville High School May 26 after working at our Chilton store as part of the Manitowoc County Youth Apprenticeship program.

Josh, of O’Hearn’s Irish Dairy in Maple Grove, enrolled in the Diesel Mechanic apprenticeship program for his senior year. During his time with Riesterer & Schnell, Josh learned about the responsibilities of a John Deere dealership by working in the parts department, diagnosing breakdowns and repairing turf and agricultural equipment.

Throughout the apprenticeship, Josh was mentored by Beau Dvorachek (Regional Sales Manager), Bryan Neeb (Integrated Solutions Consultant), and Jason Knoener (Service Manager).

Josh plans to pursue an education relating to the operation of the O’Hearn family farm.

Riesterer & Schnell is very proud to be part of the Manitowoc County Youth Apprenticeship program and wishes Josh the best as he begins his journey beyond high school. Thank you, Josh, for all your hard work!
